I have worked in and played with many forms of art expression throughout my life. In the past, I relished being part of the business end of art, consulting with clients and assisting them with adding to their collections. These days, I am interested in experimentation of mediums and ideas, take risks, make mistakes, grow, learn and create.

All art inspires me from the old masters to masters of graffiti, from folk art to metal sculpture, antique quilts to photography. Whether the artisan of old or the nouveau artist of today, they share their talents, skills, expression and understanding of the world – it is their gift to humanity.

Overlooking parkland, I enjoy everyday views of the prairie’s living skies, from the subtlest nuances of colour to electrifying intensities. For me, the prairie is always in motion – inspiring, sacred, and home.

In this fleeting life,

When I look at the sky, I open to the vastness of non-existence.

When I touch the earth, I imagine returning.
