called by water

This piece developed into a watery image all on its own (so to speak), I was mindlessly playing with hues of blue, one of my favourite colours. Simply laying colours down and drawing through them, experimenting, if i thought at all it was about the sky and the variety of blues i see there. At a point i walked away, did other business and when i came back, it called me to water, and i simply did its bidding. If you do not flow with it, water will move and shape you.
